California City Solutions: Livermore, Tri-Valley Region Achieves Water Reduction Rate through United Communication Outreach Campaign

The California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) is considering developing a new program that would allow eligible California public agencies to set aside additional funds in a trust to prefund the employer's annual required pension contributions to a defined benefit pension plan.

Offered by Harvard Kennedy School’s Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, the Innovations Award is the nation’s premier award for the public sector.
