Four Guideline Development Workshops Will be HeldThe Strategic Growth Council last week released preliminary draft guidelines for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program that will be funded by Cap-and-Trade auction revenues. The program has been split into two components: the main AHSC program, and the Sustainable Agricultural Land Conservation (SALC) program.

National League of Cities’ (NLC) Committees and Councils is now officially underway.
