League of California Cities® Membership Survey begins Wednesday

January 5, 2018
The League of California Cities will release a survey on Wednesday, Jan. 10 to all elected officials and staff of member cities as part of the League’s strategic planning process, which launched October 2017.

Feedback from the membership will play a vital role in developing an actionable three-year plan for the organization with the goal to have an even greater, positive impact on California cities.

The membership survey, which should take approximately seven minutes to complete, is designed to capture the diverse voice of California cities and deliver a current understanding of member satisfaction, needs, priorities, perceptions and expectations of the League.

Over 10,000 California city elected officials and staff will receive an individualized email inviting them to provide their unique perspective on the League and its services. All responses will filter through a third-party consultant to ensure complete confidentiality.

The Strategic Planning Task Force, chaired by League President Rich Garbarino, City of South San Francisco council member, will use the collected data as a tool to help construct the League’s three-year strategic plan, expected to launch in the fall of 2018.

If you do not receive a survey, you may request a survey link by emailing feedback@cacities.org.
