Upcoming Bills in Committee, June 11 – 26

June 7, 2018
Legislative hearing committees are ramping up again with bills having crossed houses.

Additionally, the Legislature is working on the FY 2018-19 budget, which must be sent to Gov. Jerry Brown by June 15. The League will continue monitoring several bills affecting cities.

Some hearings, if not all, will be televised. The Senate and Assembly publish weekly television schedules, but audio is always available online. In addition, many hearings are also webcast via the California Channel.
