September 24, 2018
Redevelopment specialists will gather in Carson, Oct. 24–25, for the 2018 California Land Recycling Conference.
This event will be hosted in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control.
Four tracks covering remediation, legal/regulatory, community case studies, and development topics will highlight tools, funding sources and paths to successfully redevelop sites. With half-day mobile tours on the second day, attendees will have an opportunity to see firsthand how dynamic these projects can be.
The conference will include:
  • Tips for competitive brownfields grants;
  • Brownfield specialists from across CA and the public, private and non-profit sectors;
  • A chance to pitch your redevelopment project to a panel of experts;
  • Exhibitor hall with a variety of industries and services;
  • Mobile tours spotlighting local redevelopment projects; and
  • Excellent networking opportunities.
Check out the conference website for registration and the agenda. Early Bird registration closes on Sept. 29.
