Final Vote Count for Redevelopment Trailer Bill AB 1484

Yesterday, both the Senate and Assembly voted to pass AB 1484, the FY 2012-13 redevelopment trailer bill.

Sidewalk Repair Bill Headed to Committee

New Letters of Opposition Needed

On Monday, the Assembly passed AB 2231 (Fuentes), a sidewalk repair responsibilities bill. The bill is now scheduled to be heard in the Senate Governance and Finance Committee on July 3.

SB 1002 Leaves Assembly Local Government Committee, Heads to Appropriations

Yesterday, SB 1002 (Yee), which would amend the Public Records Act (PRA) to require agencies to provide public records in open format standard, was passed out of the Assembly Local Government Committee with a 5-3 vote.
